“Pros: Great location, can make noise, rooftop, nice neighbors Cons: Heat and hot water are very inconsistent which makes for a miserable winter, leaks through skylights when it rains, radiators make a lot of noise, landlord is unresponsive/ not good at fixing issues Advice to landlord: Find reliable heat/ hot water ASAP or everyone is going to leave”
