“Unit 5E Pros: The building itself is nice. At times it’s a little run down and the elevator was always acting up. But I think the amenities were a nice touch, and locationally it’s nice to be between central Bedstuy and central Bushwick. Cons: Honestly management was ok. The only issues we had were with our fridge. It literally made vegetables turn frozen no matter what temperature it was set at. And at one point it made the food taste like coolant. They never fixed it. But other than that we were happy. The super is very very nice. Always happy to help and super hardworking.”
— 470 PULASKI STREET · Brooklyn“Unit 1R Pros: I love this building and after a fair share of terrible ones this is a welcome change. The management is pretty responsive and I haven’t had many huge issues in three years of being here. Friendly people in the building, get my mail, nice space, good light, ect. Cons: No laundry, no dishwasher, no frills Advice to landlord: Just updating things around the building and in apartments would be nice but all things considered just give the super a raise he rocks :)”
— 1087 DEKALB AVENUE · Brooklyn“Pros: Next to public transportation, has a courtyard for trash, supers are very nice Cons: Advertised as renovated but all they did was put in some kitchen cabinets. The appliances leak, the kitchen drain backs up and floods the counter, hot water randomly disappears, bathroom tiles are coming off the floor, central air doesn't work, they charge a convenience fee to pay rent by direct deposit, laundry room is expensive. Advice to landlord: Stop trying to fix buildings and renovate after you move people in.”
