“Unit 1L Pros: Location is convenient, close to subway, lots of stores in the neighborhood. Cons: You hear every little sound from the neighbors and outside, due to lack of insulation those sounds are actually very intense because of the echoes. Building is dirty, garbage sometimes lays not maintained for many days. Lots of rats, roaches outside and inside. Windows not sealed properly, so heat, dust, bugs, cold gets to the apartment with no time. A couple of homecides, one across the street, neighbor beaten up in front of the building, but there is no camera whatever so zero safety. Advice to landlord: No issue is solved without a battle, and most stay unsolved. Get a camera before someone gets killed.”
