“Pros: Laundry in apartment Cons: Lengthy walk from train. Advice to landlord: Fix the mailbox!”

“Pros: I loved that it was two floors, 4 units. This made it feel very personal. The landlord did respond very quickly and was very friendly Cons: No heads up when coming for maintenance. Since we’re in the middle of a pandemic, it would have been nice to have weekly cleanings for the building. There isn’t a keyhole for the mail person to put it in the box so it just gets thrown on a table. The walls are SO fucking thin. You can hear everything throughout the building. The electricity bill gets really high as well. During the winter it got as high as 400 dollars. Advice to landlord: Get the mail situation together and maybe have the buzzer not so loud. I can hear when people enter and leave the building which wakes me up. send an email or something out before sending people here.”
