“Pros: Feels safe, hot water and heat are good and reliable. Trash seems more or less maintained. Cons: Can hear through walls to other apartments and zero light.”

“Pros: No bugs generally, location! Cons: Noise transfer at bedroom area wall was rough.”

“Pros: Heat and water pressure are consistent, very bright, very big for the neighborhood. Cons: Communication with landlord is not always great, can be very loud outside at night (it’s the east village) Advice to landlord: Please get a digital way to pay rent”
