“Unit 3G Pros: A few nice neighbors. Cons: Awful management, pests, leaks in ceiling nearly once a year — one I had to take the landlord to court to get fixed. Was contacting 311 to get anything done. Advice to landlord: Provide habitable conditions for the tenants who pay you.”

“Pros: Close to highways, trains & city Cons: Roaches in the walls. They come out of everywhere everything they renovate an apt. Gross. Practically no heat given to tenants. Advice to landlord: Sell sell sell”
