“Pros: Responsive Super, generally quiet building, good location, beautiful front garden Cons: Lots of plumbing problems/leaks, laundry room closed for 6 months, poor quality repairs, unresponsive management company, broken door buzzer, Advice to landlord: Need a more responsive management company!”

“Pros: Nothing to brag about! Cons: Poorly maintained, dirty hallways, even dieter laundry room, leak issues, mold issues, pest issues are out of control, Aesthetics are the worst in the Neighborhood, only a cash cow to the owner. Advice to landlord: Get a real Superintendent get better Maintenance update Building entrance update InterCon service update laundry room. I’m sure you don’t live in these conditions.”
