“Pros: My apartment had nice windows and the bathroom was decent. Cons: The property owner is known for refusing to give people their security deposits back by way of avoiding their tenants altogether. I spent 4 months consistently calling them only to speaking to a new “employee” each time that took down a message that was never followed up on. Dead roaches were found in the entryway multiple times despite having an exterminator come once in a blue moon.”
