“Pros: They clean the building regularly. Cheap and great location. Cons: They have a monthly exterminator, but with some problem tenants roaches have been a SERIOUS problem in the past. The management company ignores you unless you make repeated requests when there are issues. Advice to landlord: Get a better property manager. Make sure you are actually following local law 55, ensure problem tenants don't negatively impact others in the building.”
