“Unit 4B Pros: Clean, not noisy, good location, minimal pest issues Cons: Super lives on site but does not always respond to requests for repairs without several reminders, inconsistent heating/hot water”

“Pros: Huge bedroom and relatively big apartment. Neighbors really nice. Cons: Was subletting apt so not on building, but apt had not been deep cleaned in years. Laundry very far away in basement of building”

“Pros: Beautiful spaces. Good security. Cons: Courtyard can be a little loud. Advice to landlord: No advice really”
