PRESIDENT ADAMS REALT · avg 4.3 ★★★★★ · New York City
“Pros: Apartment is on a quiet street but still close to all the bars/restaurants on 5th and 7th. Lovely building with live in super that is always on top of things. Great place to live. Cons: The only cons are that the walls are thin, so you constantly hear your neighbors. Also lived in the back of the building, so I always hear the trash maintenance (breaking bottles, sorting through trash, etc)”
— 214 6 AVENUE · Brooklyn“Pros: Responsive super, great location Cons: Not the nicest cabinets, floors, etc. nor have they been installed perfectly. Floors are also quite uneven. My biggest issue has been trying to keep a bug infestation at bay. The super has been very responsive in helping combat but he is not a professional and does not follow professional exterminator protocols to the infestation is never fully resolved (now going on 2 years). Advice to landlord: Deal with the building-wide roach infestation ASAP”
— 214 6 AVENUE · Brooklyn“Pros: Spacious, attentive owner/super, clean Cons: Older, no rooftop, no laundry”
— 214 6 AVENUE · Brooklyn“Pros: The neighbors were nice and friendly. Nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants nearby. Cons: The street noise level was out of control. Say good bye to sleeping. The floors in the unit were awful and need to be replaced. The unit needs lots of minor repairs but nothing major. Advice to landlord: Please replace the floors and keep up with the repairs.”
