“Pros: Great house with laundry and building and close to subway and deli also walking distance from St. John’s University. Fair price rent overall good house. also cleaning lady comes once a month  Cons: The landlord has no concept of boundaries. He shows up at the house whenever he wants and is way too emotionally involved with the business of being a landlord. He is also problematic as he has denied tenant applications due to Socio-economic/racial profiling.  also he will just move people in randomly to the house without giving any warning to other tenants that there is changes in the apartment.  Advice to landlord: understand boundaries and respect the people who are renting from you. ”
