“Pros: -Super is responsive and kind -Many units are recently renovated Cons: -Management is awful -Many tenants have issues with rodents and mice that aren’t addressed properly -In general the building is quite dirty - trash bins often open in the halls Advice to landlord: Clean the building more regularly and take care of the vermin”
