“Pros: Location is great! Cons: Elevator broken a lot. Heat broken a lot. Bad maintenance response. Unethical management company. They are brokers and benefit when the apartment gets re-rented and don’t care about loss to landlord. Raise rent too high for high turnover. Advice to landlord: Get a new management company. They are terrible and scamming you”
