“Unit 2D Pros: The neighbors are all friendly professionals. The building is very quiet, you can never hear the neighbors. The train is close and shops and restaurants are wonderful. Dante, the super, is a great guy and family man. Rent stayed low the entire time I lived there. Cons: I don't remember having too many problems. Sometimes you had to wait for things to be fixed, I withheld rent until my stove was replaced and they understood.”
