“Pros: Close to everything and lots of shops around Cons: Very dirty building it’s infested with roaches and mouses. Heating is poor. There’s huge rats in the garbage area. Poor management and they don’t do repairs. They don’t care about tenants only about money. Advice to landlord: Follow up with tenants and their complaint regarding maintenance”

“Pros: The neighbors are nice Cons: The maintenance is terrible. Advice to landlord: Get a new super and people that do the job right. Pay attention to the tenants and their apartment issues.”
