Ramo is the best super - keeps the building very clean and fixes any issues as quickly as possible. I’ve hardly needed to contact management but when I did once, they responded quickly. Rent is by no means cheap but haven’t been surprised with any crazy price hikes. Cons: The broker we spoke with was awful but management helped when I had issues. Occasional roaches but the monthly exterminators are good and seem to keep it under control. Can hear the train a bit but does not bother me personally. Advice to landlord: Keep our great super and continue hiring high quality vendors for the building. Keep up responsiveness to residents needs.”

Neighbors are kind/polite, and generally keep to themselves. Live-in super is very responsive by phone or text. Pest control comes every month (on a schedule) if you need them. Laundry room and garbage/waste areas are kept very clean. Cons: Like the other review said, you can always hear the apartment above you. If your upstairs neighbor is active at night, you'll know it. If they are doing renovation on the other/nearby units, pests tend to scatter to other apartments. Nothing you can really do about it. Noise level also makes it hard to work from home, but it's not that disruptive (or common),”

Our upstairs neighbor is very loud and it can be very frustrating. Depends upon the neighbor though, if you have a quiet upstairs neighbor it should be fine.”
