“Unit 5a Pros: quiet building. land lady frequents space often Cons: building halls and staircase never cleaned. full of dust and remnants on carpet. also, when they are renovating apts, they let all the renovation dust/debris get around - they don't seal the spaces at all. looks like they converted multiple rent stabilized appts studios to 2 bed rooms. impossible to keep rent stabilized since they combined apts.”

“Pros: Quiet, not a lot of units so feels really safe, great location right next to the park, landlord and super are very responsive Cons: Wooden floor throughout the unit is only half renovated”
