“Pros: The building is beautiful and has strong curb appeal. The units themselves are very spacious, offering more room than many other places in the area. Cons: Unfortunately, the quality inside doesn’t match the exterior. The finishes feel cheap, and the walls are so thin you’ll hear everything from your neighbors. Maintenance is slow and unresponsive — it often takes multiple follow-ups to get even simple issues resolved. On top of that, management was quick to take money from my security deposit when I moved out, with little explanation.”
