“Pros: This is a new building and it's quite nice. Management has been surprisingly communicative and easy to work with. Things have gotten fixed pretty quickly when needed. Pretty rare in Brooklyn Cons: The first floor backyard parties can be loud sometimes. Advice to landlord: Please keep working with Jon, he's awesome. And please don't raise the rent.”
