“Unit 3r Pros: Big windows and high ceilings Cons: The split unit AC in the living room is improperly installed, and leaks water when it runs for more than 5 minutes. The mailbox in the lobby is broken, and the landlord refused to repair it, so you have to dig through a pile of mail from the last 5 tenants to find yours. On top of this the renovation left gobs of plaster all over the floors and walls, and the building is riddled with black mold and bugs. Advice to landlord: Get out of the business”
