“Unit 5A Pros: Great location between two subway lines, close to the park, and some bus lines. Only one neighbor per floor, and can’t really hear them. Can’t even hear upstairs or downstairs neighbors. No issues with cleanliness or pests. Cons: The heating bill can be upwards of $600 in the winter if you don’t tape your windows shut. The heating units are horribly inefficient. The neighborhood also isn’t great. Advice to landlord: Replace heating units and fix insulation on windows.”

“Pros: We lived in PHB. You can't hear your neighbors at all, except when they're in the hallway. Very quiet and spacious, with great appliances. Very close to the park. Cons: Construction going on everywhere. Dirty neighborhood.”
