“Pros: Good monthly rate Cons: Super/ landlord wasn’t timely in letting us know when water would be cut off and we went without water for 3 days- we didn’t get any reduction or rent etc and all had to find other places to stay for the time being. Advice to landlord: If you mess up in getting the water fixed you shouldn’t allow it to punish your tenants.”
