“Pros: Laundry machines work well, generally clean environment, many units have been updated. Cons: Occasional elevator issues (which closes the laundry room, since it's only accessible via elevator). Some noisy tenants.”

“Unit 4G Pros: Great location on Eastern Parkway, really helpful and friendly super and wife, and a tenants association who are working to improve the condition of the building and livability for residents Cons: Roaches, paper thin walls, constant unexplained water shut offs, very common package theft, elevator frequently out of service, unresponsive, incompetent, and tenant blaming management”
