“Pros: Quite and friendly neighborhood. Cons: This building is extremely dirty gets cleaned @ twice a week, apartments full of mice due to the poor maintenance of the building. Apartments that need to have repairs done take forever and never get completed. Advice to landlord: Change the super, and pay attention to the well being of the tenants.”
