“Unit C19 Pros: Park Terrace Gardens (which 65 Park Terrace East is a part of) is a lovely area surrounded by greenery and parks and has wonderful tenants. It is a co-op so each unit is rented from an individual owner but my landlord has been amazing and the building is responsive whenever help in necessary. Cons: The building is very clean but I lived on the first floor right next to the trash compactor so I had roaches and mice at different times. Everything was kept as clean as possible in the common areas and trash was always promptly dealt with so it felt like there wasn’t much to be done to avoid it. I had cats so I never asked for an exterminator.”
