“Pros: Condo building with great finishes and wonderful responsive management. Also plus - the windows pop out and can be washed whenever you want by the super! Cons: Condo means you’ll have a separate experience with your unit’s land lord .... ours is amazing! Advice to landlord: Would love if we didn’t have so much turn over in the doormen, miss some of the guys from pre covid”
