“Pros: Location can't be beat. People are friendly, garbage room is usually organized, and packages have never been stolen. Windows are very soundproof. Cons: Sometimes you can smell smoke from the restaurant downstairs if you have your windows open. Advice to landlord: Put a table for packages in lobby area”
