“Pros: Most of the neighbors are very nice, location is great. Robert the exterminator is incredibly nice and accommodating. "Management" will typically respond w/in 48 business hours to an email. Never had an issue w/ heat/hotwater but we have the new split heat/ac units. Cons: THIS BUILDING IS INFESTED WITH MICE! We saw one or two when we moved in, but this year the problem is exponentially worse. Management blamed the cold weather and citywide problem, however never addressed the gaping hole in our wall and does the bare minimum. Robert the exterminator was our only help and comes regularly when you ask him to. There was a fly problem in the summer as well. Tends to be loud from the street noise around but you get used to it. Trash from the building and restaurants on first level make the entry STINK in the hot weather. Someone's pet threw up on the common stairwell and it was not cleaned up for multiple days. Advice to landlord: Please take care of your building and tenants and get rid of the mouse problem properly, don't scapegoat outside factors.”

“Pros: This building is in a great location and the units have lovely windows. Cons: The building has a mouse problem that the landlord has failed to address. The location is extremely loud, being that it is positioned above a bar that is open until 4 am. The landlord is inconsiderate and will steal/throw away any personal items left in hallways prior to consulting you about them. Requests to repair heat and water issues have gone unanswered for as many as 10 days. Roof access is advertised, however, it is not actually permitted. This landlord is extremely difficult to communicate and will not respect your boundaries or requests. Do not live here if you don't have to. Advice to landlord: You know what you need to improve”

“Pros: - Responsive building management / super that respond quickly to requests - Clean common areas - No pest issues. One time we did see a mouse they quickly provided traps and mitigation and it was never seen again. Cons: - Depending where you are in the building it can be loud with the bar in the backyard”

“Pros: good location, nice neighbors Cons: maintenance guys were ok, but the landlord is terrible -right above a bar, very noisy at night -our pipes froze 3 separate times over the winter, each time we went days without water. they didn't do anything to fix it until the third time. we had to buy bottles of water from the bodega and shower at Planet Fitness each time this happened. -they will take your whole security deposit”

“Pros: Great location and responsive management Cons: Mold issue in apartment and extremely loud street noise from bar nextdoor”

“Pros: Great location, decent sized bedrooms. Cons: No washer dryer in building, loud street noise, garbage is shared with restaurants downstairs therefore smelly entry way. Caught 7 mice in a month. Landlord does not like having email trails so be diligent about keeping records of everything in writing and save all texts.”
