“Pros: Neighbors are lovely, good prices, never had pests. Cons: Management cuts so many corners and then threatens you when you demand action.”

“Pros: Great views of the city skyline! Large windows to enjoy the views. Modern apartments. Cons: The elevator goes out of order one to many times. Management just band-aid the repair rather than spending the necessary amount of money to permanently fix the problem. Inconveniencing everyone that lives in the building. Paying for an elevator apartment building, but the elevator doesn't always work. Management takes the cheap way to fix it. This building needs a good quality elevator. Management needs to offer prorated rent, reimbursement for amenities services and accommodations to everyone till the elevator is properly fixed or replaced with a better quality one. Advice to landlord: Stop being cheap and inconsiderate towards your tenants.”

“Pros: Has a parking lot Cons: Elevator is broken every month and management doesn’t respond very well. Packages are frequently stolen. The machines are constantly broken in the laundry room and gym has limited equipment and it’s least hot in there Advice to landlord: Change management”

“Unit 306 Pros: It’s a very new building so the amenities are great and you get your money’s worth for sure. Cons: Neighbors aren’t really considerate and don’t follow the building rules. Some blare music late at night or smoke in the stairwell. Advice to landlord: If the tenants were held more accountable, it would be a way better spot for everyone”
