“Pros: Neighbors are nice. That is all. Cons: Way too small, rent too high, heat was out for a long time in the winter without them fixing it, they don’t clean the hallways, allow people to smoke in the main door. Advice to landlord: Update appliances, be responsive, fix things on time.”
