“Pros: Nice neighbors, cheap rent, good area Cons: Non-existent management who would not address a large pest issue, mold, broken fixtures, unsure if there was an operating C02 alarm, impossible to contact actual building management Advice to landlord: Take better care of your tenants!”

“Pros: The location was great! And there are only three units in the building so I got to know my neighbors. Cons: We had an awful mouse infestation that lasted months. The exterminator came and said we needed to fill holes, but the handyman did an awful job and the infestation lasted much longer and got much worse than it should have.”

“Unit 2 Pros: Cheap-ish rent, location is great Cons: Horrible management, unresponsive and irresponsible (safety measures are questionable to say the least) seriously sketchy rent agreements. Worst company ever (NAPCO)”

“Unit 2L Pros: Location, price before rent raise was worth it Cons: Management almost never responds to fix issues in the building. Building is hardly ever cleaned, stairs + tiles are chipping, old appliances. Advice to landlord: Do better.”
