“Pros: I lived here 2019 - 2021 - it was cheap, close to the subway, laundry in the building, and had quiet neighbors. Cons: Roaches - roaches in my apartment, as well as the laundry room & trash areas.”
— 132 EAST 45 STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Maintenance guy is great and always available. I NEVER hear my neighbors. Very quiet Cons: If you live facing the street it’s super loud. Worst thing is if you take a shower around 6-8pm there’s like no hot water. Advice to landlord: Fix the water and clean the elevators they stink”
