Increase management responsiveness.”

“Pros: The building is well kept porters and maintenance staff clean daily. Neighbor are friendly and try to create a place of community. Cons: Management can be slow or delayed when it comes to getting back to you about things that will need to be fixed. But they will ensue it gets done Advice to landlord: To the owner Palosci and Associates the building would benefit with updates key fob for entry to building, new elevators and security camera on each floor as a vagrant has been trespassing and exposing himself to residents and children.”
