“Pros: Good location, respectful neighbors. Some units have nicer renovations than others. Great view from the roof Cons: Landlord actively antagonizes tenants, super takes forever to respond, or often doesn't at all. Rats out front, cockroaches in many units. Renovations are done very poorly.”

“Pros: The owner is pretty accessible via email. Cons: Mice, the live-in super cooks outside the building and you smell it all day. There is a non-resident that hangs out in the building. He’s related to someone who lives here but has a key to enter the building. Weird! Advice to landlord: The building needs sweeping and consistent pest control.”
