“Pros: Quiet Nice ameneties Great location Staff are nice Service calls are generally answered promptly. Cons: There is a building wide german cockroach issue. You will see them in your unit, hallways, trash room, laundry room, etc. Some of the tenants are disrespectful, they allow their dogs to pee/poop in common areas. Overall staff are very nice, I just wish due to the aforementioned issues that the common areas were more frequently cleaned.”

FDNY is in very close proximity, ongoing building construction in the area, etc. Advice to landlord: Building staff are helpful and friendly. It is a bit of challenge to get hold of property manager, the management office tends to be closed (maybe that's because of pandemic?)”
