“Pros: Big unit for the price Cons: Rat, bugs, old”

“Unit 5D Pros: Phenomenal pest control & highly responsive owners. Tenants are generally friendly. Cons: Only problem is that the adjacent buildings are quite noisy (presumably college kids,) though this is unavoidable.”

“Unit 2C Pros: - on-site super: Julio - Julio and his workers respond quickly to issues - heat and hot water are good Cons: - roach problems especially in the basement - basement, where washers/dryers/trash and recycling disposal is located, is only open from 8 am-9 pm - building owners are prioritizing superficial upgrades over building necessities like pest control - need more washers and dryers Advice to landlord: let julio live in one of the apartments, not the basement”

“Pros: loved the location near Fordham University and the super is super responsive. Cons: The 'landlord special' left some things to be desired. The amount of cockroaches in the laundry room was frightening”

“Pros: The super was always incredibly fast and very helpful. Management was responsive and accommodating. Lots of storage space and a great size for what we needed. Great price too. Cons: The water took a long time to heat up and the sinks never got very cold. The pipes were also very loud in the winter. Because it’s next to Fordham University and houses a lot of college students it can be somewhat loud on weekends especially. Plus the cars honking on the street over every afternoon is very annoying”

“Pros: Building was very clean, and the units are spacious. Cons: Nothing to complain about. Advice to landlord: Julio and the team were very responsive. Please keep it that way.”
