Cons: Landlord is annoying, we can’t walk freely since he lives downstairs, he asked us to carpet/rugs all over the living room and our bedroom as well. He doesn’t keep the heat on winter only once or twice a day he turns it on, no schedule. Otherwise everything else is ok”
