“Pros: The apartment is literally above a bar and on a block that has 3 bars, so this will be perfect for those who want to have an active social life but unfortunately not so much for those who want to be on the quieter side. Cons: It is loud and the bass from the bar’s speaker system often travels up to your apartment.”
