“Unit Unit 1 Pros: The apt is renovated, big and stunning. Everything inside works great. The problem is outside. Cons: What might be good gets overshadowed by how negative our experience living there has been. The building is right next to a deli and there’s people partying, smoking, drinking and being loud outside of the deli and building every single day. And when I say every single day I mean it. Zero safety since we had a break in attempt. No protections on the windows that face the street. Also there’s mices outside and landlord won’t take care of the problem even after getting asked to do it. I know it’s NY but there’s literally a sort of closet in front of the entrance door that’s a rat’s nest and smells rotten. Would not recommend this property at all. Advice to landlord: TAKE CARE OF YOUR PROPERTY PROBLEMS”
