“Pros: Great rate for the area, friendly neighbors, excellent location Cons: Management and super are not responsive at all. They neglect ongoing leaks and mold issues of longstanding tenants, but very quickly will gut-renovate vacated units in order to remove rent-stabilized status.”

“Unit 8 Pros: The location is great but that’s about it Cons: Terrible management company. They stopped sending exterminators, they don’t clean the hallways, they don’t answer tickets about leaks or damages. Advice to landlord: Care about your tenants”
