“Pros: Nice view, great location, great super! Cons: Many, many issues -- ceiling leak which was never addressed, issues getting into the building at times (some people get key fobs and we weren't provided one despite requests), leak from bathroom cieling, not updated appliances, when I moved in the apartment was pretty dirty”

“Pros: There is not much I like about it, except that the people here are nice Cons: It is extremely noisy. Too much traffic from trucks and the bar below the building. The elevators break a lot and the heat is not consistant.”
