“Pros: Laundry nearby and bus that ran regularly. Cons: Terrible noisy neighbors, management is not responsiive to issues that arise, very drafty and cold, located in a food desert, not close to subway. Advice to landlord: Be responsive to ALL tenant's needs and requests.”
