“Pros: Staff cleans building cleans building regularly, laundry room is clean and spacious (most machines work), super lives in building and responsive for most part. Cons: Little to no heat in winter, and some bugs but they do have monthly exterminator services. Advice to landlord: We need heat”

“Pros: Rent stabilized, scheduled exterminators, friendly and efficient live-in super. Relatively clean and functional. Enjoyed my few years here! Cons: Wasn’t as soundproof as I would have liked. Heard every fight my upstairs neighbors had.”
