“Pros: Modern building, Green building, Gym Cons: Brokers and landlords are not being upfront about the vibration issues caused by the 14th street subway which runs right under the building. The apartment I lived in constantly vibrated every time the subway ran (approx. every 15 minutes). The first few months living there literally brought me to insanity. I tried everything (noise machines, earplugs, etc) and nothing worked. When you pay over $9500/month+ to live in a building, this is the last thing you would expect. Advice to landlord: Be upfront about the subway noise and vibrations.”
