“Pros: Staff members, especially James is great but they haven't raised their salary in 2 years and they work more shifts. Cons: Super used to be less responsive but he has improved a lot recently. No full-time doorman. Nice second floor terrace but the roof deck belong to the largest penthouse. No decorations for special occasiona Advice to landlord: Better care of their staff members. At least one may be leaving soon.”
