“Pros: Is close to the train station and there’s a lot of stuff to get near by like groceries. But the pros of the house nothing Cons: The landlord doesn’t fix anything there is mold and the house is rundown. He is very cheap doesn’t like to fix anything! The neighbors suck always playing loud music at every hour of the day. Advice to landlord: Stop being cheap and fix the house, when there is complaints actually do something about it”
