Cons: The super was unreliable, would play super loud music outside the building, would schedule appointments but never show up, one time I didn’t have heat for three or four straight days in the coldest days of winter. No washer and dryer in the building. Advice to landlord: I don’t know if the super still the same, but if it is, you need a new one.”
