“Unit 4C Pros: Washer/Dryer in unit, Dishwasher, Elevator, Spacious, Good neighbors, Cons: Responsiveness from the building manager and mgmt office. Repairs are delayed and done half***. Cleanliness has suffered since previous super was replaced. Advice to landlord: Respond in a timely manner. Bring back the old building supervisor.”

“Pros: Large apartments in elevator building. Super puts in effort to fix problems when possible and neighbors are very friendly. Cons: Common areas are not clean, elevator commonly has issues. Impossible to communicate with building owner when you need a larger fix. On and off again pest issues (roaches). Heating can be inconsistent, or insufficient on coldest days/nights Advice to landlord: Communicate better, improve common areas”
