I guess cause it’s a low income property, we should expect it from the owners of Hudson Yards?”

“Pros: On the beach Cons: The property is left to rot. Elevators constantly out, brown water, drugs, broken mailboxes, apathetic owners, elevator taken out of commission during Covid 19 for “modernization” after 10 years of breaking. Entrances & exit locks broken. Terrible relationships with tenants Advice to landlord: Get it together. Tenants are joining forces to call news to come out”
